Nice Little Travel Buddy
Recent, very cool, acquisition.
Smarter than I look or, not as dumb as I look. Whichever you prefer.

The first shave with this little guy was not too pleasant. I used a feather blade which may be too aggressive for this razor. I will have to try a more subtle blade.
Any suggestions?Smarter than I look or, not as dumb as I look. Whichever you prefer.

I've seen a few of those but haven't tried one. Is the shorter handle an issue?
The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.

Try an Israeli Personna. They work great in the old ones, to me. Also last me a lot longer than Feathers, IMO.
"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Personna LAB or Blue. Work for me.

Just a hint
Very pretty, and should be an excellent shaver. When you're putting it together, don't screw the handle on too tight -- usually just snug -- the more you tighten it, the more aggressive the blade angle becomes. Yes, I discovered this the hard way...
Don't get hung up on hanging hairs.

Thanked: 220Nice set, may I ask where you found it? Also, pretty much any blade will be less aggressive than a Feather, them babies are somethin' sharp.
