Isn't it funny, that customer service that seems to go hand in hand with straight razors.
I have had excellent customer service from Classic.Shaving and also from many other SR related companies and people.

Thinking about it though, maybe customer service equals the amount your spending?
There are a few shops in central London that I frequent and the customer service there is next level.
Penhaligons being the best customer service I've ever received and GEO gives a welcoming service too.

If you ever visit one of my local newspaper shops, the guy their will totally ignore you and probably give you a dirty look haha.

Penhaligons is a nice shop. I liked their fern scent but it seemed a it weak to me. Trumpers was pretty good too but it felt a bit arrogant or pretentious from memory.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

Penhaligons gave me a lesson in perfumes .
GEO gave me loads of free samples and always treat me well.
Classic shaving. I bought 2 Base camp x blades and they didn't shave well at all. I was new to straights so I was un aware that you have to pay extra for honing.
So I complained that other blades off them were excellent but these 2 were tugging. They could have told me to bugger off but instead they took them back and honed them for free. Really good of them.
The best service I get is at The East India Tea Company on conduit street. They make me free tea and always give me 20 percent discount.
Bare in mind though that its £100 for 50 grams of their finest white tea.
