    It looks like there are 6 holes on each side, make them into 3 ovals and they may work.

    I picked it up off the bay. Look up "revolving pen collector box".

    The eBay listing shows the top opened. It is a good deal for a collection!!!! It is $119.99 bin or best offer.

    Here is a picture of the top lid opened and one of the window panes opened to reach the 6 slotted holes.
    This construction is truly unique and quite amusing to play with.

    That is a nice design.

    You could likely remove the poly holders by flexing the center down and lifting one end. Then replace with new pieces with holes sized and spaced for razors. Perhaps five oblong holes at 45deg, or what ever arrangement you like.
