Thread: New Rotating Display Case.

I picked up a new pen revolving display case in a rosewood finish to store all of my straight razors. Unfortunately, nearly half of the razors, including all the choppers, were unable to fit into the pens slots by a quarter inch or less. Instead, I had to fit 4-5 thin scaled razors diagonally and scaleless razors into the last 4 remaining shelves instead of 6 razors, which I didn't mind. I never did not expect this case to fit my whole collection, but this display has far exceeded my expectations. I forgot to take a picture of the top display opened, but you can see hinges in the pictures where it can lift vertically up 90 degrees. The display rotates 360 degrees and have 18 more slotted holes on the side. I tried putting my DE in the holes, but hole is just a bit too small for the handle. Might probably work with smaller handled DEs. Other than that, this thing is a beauty!

Sounds like a good idea, but I only have 2 DEs to store in the holes. Best to just use the DE stands, although I still need to fill in the holes.

Could you not use the holes to stand up some straights in? Even if enlarging the holes was necessary?

The holes barely fits any straight razors. If I had to enlarge the holes big enough to fit a straight, each hole will touch each other and create a large oval. Although I can enlarge the holes just a little bit bigger to fit the DE handles. Probably just need 2mm bigger each hole, but again I only have 2 DE's to fill in 18 holes. Maybe 18 toothbrush slots?
