Nice haul! Seems to me you've now got the leverage to ask her to reduce the number of shoes she has.

You did very well! I have a couple Herders and they do take a bit of experience to do properly and so do the Friodors. Learn to shave properly with those blades and strop carefully and you will probably not need a re-hone for a couple years
