No makers mark that I could see. The case was locked,, opposite end of the front desk. I happened to have my phone out and realized I was starting to run late to meet someone. I don't think I will buy it, never thought I would see one in the wild. It isn't really price issues, I can probably talk the renter of that space down a bit. I will see if it is still there tomorrow to get more info.
