    i've found a couple good choppers recently. both good candidates for restoration and use.
    one 7/8 and one 17/16

    They're both winners - that FBU looks fantastic, what size is it...looks easily a 9/8...congrats!

    Wow, those are some nice looking W&B's.
    Those scales look like they are in really good condition. They still have a really glossy finish to them too. Are the insides solid to, or do they have insect damage there?

    Both nice looking blades. You my have troubles keeping the etch in tact on the big girl though. The shave feels the same with or without the etch though! Nice hunting.

    it looks pretty big, but it is just shy of being a 9/8

    no insect damage, just a light crack near the pivot on the backside and a small chip near the toe on the backside as well. overall, should look pretty good when its cleaned up!

    i'm pretty optimistic of the etching on the big one. its reasonably deep, the surface rust makes it look rougher than it actually is. cant wait to fix this one up.
