It might knock off some arm hairs but that doesn't mean it is shave ready. You might try some crox or some diamond spray on the fabric side of a strop or the leather & strop it to see how it shaves. Aside from that, if it tugs or pulls, I would send it out. Nice score.

Those are unique scales and a blade that is in good condition! If you are new to honing I would suggest sending it out to make sure it comes back good to go.
