    Perhaps. But seems like he might be from Louisiana and not in the area frequently.

    This one I'll share. My brother lives there, he brought me to the market. Saw me make my deal. It's so far from my local shops, that someone should get the usable hardware while it's reasonably priced.

    Right up the hollar from Capitol High on Greenbriar street.
    There may be more dealers, as some were closed that day I visited. I caught this guy open with hardware for sale. Enjoy your hunt!
