    Yeah, I really enjoy making scales too and I'll definitely put new scales on it. I think I'll keep the old homemade ones in case they fit better with a different blade later on. I was just going to toss them out but the more I look at them I kind of like them for what they are. They have the feel of years on them and somebody before me took the time to make them.
