Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

These cleaned up great. Looks like they were never used. I honed them and tried them out last night . one for the left and the other for the right side of the face and they shave great. I believe that the scales are Ivory. One has a lead wedge and the other i really don't know . the wedge is black so who knows. I do know I'm glad my friend told me about this brand. They are very good razors.

One of my favorite. M&W have a rich history. High end jewelers, goldsmiths, and silversmiths. I have a 7 day set of ivory scaled razors with what I think are black horn wedges. They were known for using high end materials such as crocodile skin purses, gold, Ivory, fur lined luggage, jeweled gold/silver watches, sterling silver flatware, ect. They are the current crown jewelers and still hold a royal warrant. Every razor I have honed of theirs has been a joy. I can't say enough about them. Or maybe I just did.

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one
