Really nice WB! That spine work and notch are great eye catchers. Bet the shave will be sweet.
    Enjoy.

    He!! "No"..!!
I've been dedicated to the straight, since I was 17. But I did have a brush, that had a soft soap refillable handle. Can't remember who made it, but it had a silicone tube that ran up thru the knot. You'd twist the knob on the bottom of the handle, and the soap came thru the tube, onto the top of the bristles.
Sucks...knot and tube rotted off. Resides in a landfill, to this day, and next millennium. Some archeologist in the far future will find it, and say its from some great culture, and they've must have found a great city....from all the neat artifacts they keep uncovering...Har!!

It's a buffalo horn, I've seen it mostly advertised as "streaked horn". e.g. Streaked Horn Scales Eye Wear Frames Knife Scales Razor Horn Handles Horn Inlays | eBay

    Thanks for adding that.

I used this fine piece of equipment this morning and WOW what a nice feel it has and a great shave. I like that the handle is so light, it's a totally different animal. I'm so happy I decided to get it

Well the fine other half finally decided to shave with her new soap and kit.
I helped her make the lather and apply it to her legs.
Told her WTG then ATG, and off she went.

She is now totally sold on how wonderful this way of shaving beats the disposable and in shower shaving of her legs. And to be honest they are sooooo smooooth and soft.........
And as we all feel, she said it is a nice way to shave and feels she pampered herself today.
