Couple of eBay finds
First up is a Palmer. Picked it up to do some testing with the new buffer. It has a couple areas that the rust has penitrated into the metal so I can tell there will be some pitting left over. 5/8 and the scales.are warped. They touch in the middle when the blade is in the open position. Project razor for less than 20 bucks.
It's just Sharpening, right?

Second one im liking for my collection. 11/16 The Improved Eagle Razor. Imperial Razor. Warranted #20507. Germany. I think it looks pretty good really. Hoping i can save the scales on this one but im batting zero so far in saving scales. Pins dont look to be normal. More like what is on a gold dollar. Slight amount of rust and patina so i think it should turn out a great shaver.
So there you have it. Both razor for under 50 bucks. Might be a wash as far as price but im happy. And thats all that maters. It's just Sharpening, right?

Then don't take the scales off the second one, clean it pinned up. Looks to be a good candidate for just that.
Nice finds BTWMike

Clean in behind the pivots with dental floss, or spider wire (Kevlar thread ) and a whole bunch of WD-40 till the oil runs clear, then tighten them up.

Nice find! I picked up one of those Improved Eagle Razors Imperial Razor. Warranted #20507. Germany - myself a while back. Does it say Germania Cutlery Works on it? I had a devil of a time getting it honed - I believe there was a bit of warp in mine. Once I got it cleaned and honed it was a pretty good shaver. Nice history on those as well.
Congrats

Nice find, for a song.
I'm looking forward to hearing about how the new buffer works out for you.
Should be fun.
