    I believe those are repairable, Sharpton and outback I believe have done this type of work. Hopefully they may be able to guide you.

    That blade is in fantastic shape. I don't have enough experience with ivory to give you good advice about the scales. I would urge patience and don't do anything you can't undo until you research all your options.

    Is the goal to be able to shave with it? If it were mine, that would be my goal, and I would want to resolve the issues with the scales to be able do so. Namely, the backside scale and near the pivot. Now, how to go about doing that
