Default 19/16 George Brittain that needs some work

    Gentlemen,

    This came in today.
Another George Brittain anchor and cross razor.
    19/16 at its widest point.
    Near wedge, so quite heavy.
It ‘ll need some work for sure.

Very nice project. Love to see photos when you are done. If careful you may be able to save scales.

Love the size of the razor.
I would do my darndest to keep it as original as possible.
    Good luck with the project.

    Thank you kind gentlemen!
Yes, I will try to save the scales too.
They seem to be wood, not horn.
We’ll see. I’m looking forward to it already.

Yeh, that thing needs someone with experience and a belt-grinder with a (WHAT?) 20 inch wheel?
    Not me either.
    Looking forward to the outcome.
