    Of the ten on the top 1 is wind chime, 2 need much work, and the rest are good to good+.

    2 nice ones at the bottom and the average price was $5.50 USD.

    That’s a price you can live with. The goal is about ten bucks a blade for me.

    I'm OK paying a little extra for good quality razors, but when they have odd ball razors, that they do a google search on, find nothing and think it must be a rare piece so let's stick $300 on it. Makes me laugh.

    Hone sure looks like a Frictionite to me. THough they did make similar "not 00" hones. But it could very well be a stone worthy of more than being taken to the tool shed.

    Well maybe I should give it a bit of a clean, and then test it on some razors. See what kind of an edge I can pull from it, before I demote it to work chisels.

    Absolutly! Though I dont personally find Barber Hones to be in the same class as a Nani 12k Many people are more than happy with the touch ups they get from a good Frictionite, and of course, the old Norton hones. You may be pleasantly surprised
