Yes, its a pointed ridge along the top of the spine. BTW, that razor and brush on your SOTD are both beautiful.

Thanked: 315They didn't have programmed machines cutting blanks, but the razors were still mass produced. Scales were stamped out of horn with a press. The blade grinding, honing, and the pinning of scales was done as quickly as possible to increase efficiency. Time was money! The amount of work done by hand would lead to more variations, but they were a mass produced product.
That razor looks great by the way. That blade is polished so well it looks like liquid metal in the pic.- Joshua
