Your's is quite old. Torrey was a stropmaker and bought the first razors he sold from Joseph Turner in Connecticut.
That Tang stamp was from back when he brought Turner in to run the company. 1880 or thereabouts.
I think the earliest Torrey stamp there. It might actually be a bit earlier.
Who's to say Torrey didn't have some framebacks made with his name on them?
Yours (And mine) look a ringer for old Eskilstuna razors.

Sure! Joseph Turner was a Razor enigma. Trained at Wostenholm, hired away by the Scissormaker in NJ, R. Heinisch.
Over to partner with Colishaw in Conn and had his own stamp after that. Making early Torreys from Conn and hired to run the show at Torrey. Quite the career! Still searching for a nice Joseph Turner Conn razor. Hard to find!

Anyway, I have an old one with your stamp. Great shaver!
