Thread: A Wapi at last!

Mine just arrived. It even has the triangular stamp!--which wasn't pictured in the listing. To my eye it's a beautiful razor; I even like the extra heft of the stainless scales.

Mine never arrived. Lots of things apparently went wrong: it got shipped weeks after payment, then it got lost, replies to my e-mails were missent, the tracking number didn't work, refund was made to the wrong person - but in the end I did receive my money back, including shipment costs. That was last week, so well outside the 45 day eBay/Paypal complaints window, which just tipped the balance of my belief in the honesty of Stamps222 in the right direction.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Steve at invisibleedge often has Wapi's for sale. They don't cost that much and he is in the UK.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience too, Oldengaerde, though happy that you did at least get the price and shipping back. I just had the one transaction with stamps222, but he seemed like a good guy to me, and it sounds like he made it right as much as he could. Better luck with the next try--I think you'll like the Wapi once you get it.
