I live in a small to medium size city with a lot of surrounding countryside where the residents come in to town to shop. Maybe you would do better by going to a smaller town to visit antique stores? I just bought a NOS vintage razor and a great strop at my favorite store, which is in Tucson AZ and has an internet site......Home | American Antique Mall | Antique, Mall, Tucson, Items

Did you stop by Bobo's for a cardiac breakfast?

No, because the last time I went to Bobo's I brought in my Starbucks coffee. They told me it had to stay in my vehicle because "we don't know what you have in that cup"! Next time I buy a nice razor or hone in the morning, I will celebrate with a nicer and even more heart destroying breakfast at Gus Balon's, where it is always *cash only*. Off topic but simply the best place to eat breakfast in Tucson.

I've rarely found a decent razor in a New England antique store. However, a few months ago, I picked up a nice Wade & Butcher in a shop near my home in NH and a few weeks later, got a great little Torrey that looked brand new from a shop in Chepachet, RI. Botyh honed up perfectly, by Utopian. By the way, anyone know where I can find a decent milk crate?
