    Default A Dovo at Last!

I was going to wait until I actually had it in hand, but I couldn't wait to share this with my brothers of the blade. I was watching a beautiful Dovo on Ebay, but the bids got beyond my budget. Lo and behold, when the auction ended, the same seller posted an identical razor. This time, I grabbed it.

If I beat anyone else on the fourm, check again. He posted a third one. I think he must have a replicator from Star Trek.

The scales are really nice. I never really cared for the gold wash etching on blade ( not to say i dislike it ). I have a Black Star and Best Quality but it's not as prominent as those. However the wash certainly goes with the classy scale. Very nice indeed.

    Nice!

Dovo makes some fine razors. I had been without one for a long time, but recently picked this one up from Joe Chandler. 13/16ths Fritz Bracht era Dovo.

The razor is so fancy that I am wondering if You will use it or keep it pristine?

That is a beautiful razor. I have a Dovo Black Star. I would like to get one like that.

My very first straight, was a Dovo...still use it in my rotation. Easy as heck to hone and holds an edge real nice.
    Congrats man!

Are those imitation or real MOP scales? Looks imitation, but the razor itself is truly beautiful.
