    So incredibly clean...someone really took care of that one!
    Congratulations on your acquisition of a most impressive and stylish old Sheffield razor.

    I just can't help smiling back at it, great lines, you have to hone it up a blade like that just crys out to be shaved with.

    I don't really have anything to add to the other comments..... that is one razor I'd kick my wife out of bed to get to!

    Come on now, THAT would be a crime!

    Hone it up and have a shave!

    Nice razor, beautiful pics. Thanks!

    Wink Condolences

    [QUOTE=JimmyHAD;501057]Hey it's bent. I'd send it back ......

    Chris,

    I'm with Jimmy on this -- while it looks pretty and all, it is bent and I'm sure in its present condition any attempt to shave with it will prove bitterly disappointing. Have you tried smacking it on an anvil? Or better yet, when you get your forge set up get it real, real red, kinda pinkish - now that's technical talk I know, but you can practice on a few of your other razors, then grab it with a coupla pair of pliers and twist it a might. That ought to set it straight.

    Or not That is one handsome razor!!
