Thanks, guys. Honed it today, and it shaves well. Very well, in fact. Tried to find out about the approximate date of production. Still confused but on a higher level. Seems like it comes from the last line of the original production. The mirror finish doesn't have the same high quality as that of the older ones, and the logo is etched, not embossed. Still very nice.
