I think you might have lucked into a better and much more unusual razor then a Filarmonica. I thought from the photo (those scales are beautiful and look like bone to me) it might be older. Turns out there was a famous family of swordsmiths in Toledo named Garrido; it may be that one of the descendents, still in the sword making trade (Son of Garrido) made your razor. Toledo steel quality was a byword in Renaissance times and even older. Here is a link with photos of a Garrido Toledo sword, and it's markings.
