Coconut lather bowl, Part II
Well, there's a local handicrafts guy who makes all sorts of things, besides
coconut bowls...woodcarvings, scrimshaw, coral jewelry...and these:
They are made from coconut shell, adorned with woven pandanus, and are
used for all sorts of purposes...like bracelets, arm bands, napkin rings, and
as support for the coconut bowls when used in flower arrangements.
For me, this solves the "where do I set it down" problem, and it's pretty,
too.
"If you come up to it, and you just can't do it, then that's jolly well where you are."

Thanked: 983I wouldn't even bother with fixing the ceramic bowl mate. I think you've got a perfectly good set up right there Paul.

For all of you wanting to try this, I just happen to have...... "a lovely bunch of coconuts..."
I know its bad, but its the best I can do on a holiday. My apologies. It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain
