bassguy, everything is right here.
The razor was made by A.FEIST & Cie LUNAWERK of Solingen from KAYSER, ELLISON & CO.'S steel.
Trademark Luna (reg.1903, pat.72000).
The razor was made 1928-1948.
But, on the razor at the beginning of the thread there is one more stamp - Taylor Brothers.
Or I've not understood properly. Maybe, only box by Taylor Brothers?Alex Ts.

Hmmm.... I think Kayser Ellison made razors for several people or companies.
Offtopic:
I got one where on the one side stands" Max Schuckar The Hague", and on the other side kayser ellisson.Link

Kayser, Ellison & Co. made steel for razors, knives, and etc., and for many firms.
