    Talking

On the back tang mine reads
THIS RAZOR IS GUARANTEED TO BE MADE OF
    KAYSER, ELLISON & CO.'S
    HIGHEST CLASS SHEFFIELD STEEL
FULLY HOLLOW GROUND IN SOLINGEN GERMANY
and the front, along with a stoic looking moon surrounded by four stars, reads
    LUNA
    A.FEIST&Cie
    LUNAWERK
    SOLINGEN GERMANY
Quite possibly one of the most verbose tang stamps I've ever seen.
    Hopefuls helps in some way.

    bassguy, everything is right here.
The razor was made by A.FEIST & Cie LUNAWERK of Solingen from KAYSER, ELLISON & CO.'S steel.
    Trademark Luna (reg.1903, pat.72000).
    The razor was made 1928-1948.
But, on the razor at the beginning of the thread there is one more stamp - Taylor Brothers.
Or I've not understood properly. Maybe, only box by Taylor Brothers?

Hmmm.... I think Kayser Ellison made razors for several people or companies.
    Offtopic:
I got one where on the one side stands" Max Schuckar The Hague", and on the other side kayser ellisson.Link

Kayser, Ellison & Co. made steel for razors, knives, and etc., and for many firms.
