Indeed, Bartmann's are nice razors.
Well, I'm cleaning the blad right now, so the faint scratches will dissapear in time.
I'm also planning to restore the enamel gold between Bartmann and Solingen.

I cleaned up the razor and honed it.
In the worked spine I've noticed there used to be some goldcolor.
So I colored that space with gold enamel paint.
Did a good job I think. It's my nicest razor I have at this point.

I've got two of those myself and I'm extremely pleased both with the edge they take and their look.
This model seems to have been quite popular in our little country (I know several people who have one)
