First C-Mon
Been looking for one of these for a while, just randomly searching eBay I stumbled over one with 3 minutes left of the auction. 7/8, looks pretty good, haven't been honed much this one.

Will be here in a week or two...
$45 shipped to Norway wasn't bad at all.

Looks in great condition. Maybe repinned or rescaled but that's no drama. They simply may have gone to the trouble of cleaning the pivot.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Yeah I was thinking rescale as well, but that's not the end of the world for sure.

It's 5/8, I think the seller put 7/8 by mistake. I have one like this or may be just slightly different on the shank and it has the same scales original to it. I know they're original because I bought it in sealed factory packaging. I believe the pins are matching on mine though, but I'll try to remember and double check and post here.
I may even have posted pictures here, but I'm too lazy to search if I did.

Thanks Gugi. Yeah I suspected the 7/8 description was off. Sometimes it's hard to tell by the photos.

Once you get enough razors you'll be able to tell even from terrible pictures
Though, I'd advise against trying to get a discount based on incorrect description, or you'll loose the razor altogether to somebody else willing to pay the end price for a 5/8 and you'll be very sad

I have one just like that - had to hone out a huge chip though so she's no where near the orginal size anymore sadly :-( if yours is exactly the same, you'll find the yellow scales are really small in relation to the blade - I changed them for some buffalo :-)
