Hey Cheetah, that is too bad but it ain't nothin' but another razor. When you get the one you want and shave with it a couple of times you'll be lookin for whatever the next obscure object of desire is.

I've had a couple times where sellers didn't list the blade width right and rounded up, sometimes substantially (got a '1 1/8' that was actually just a hair over an inch). I'm guessing that some people who sell these don't know how much of a difference an 1/8" can make, and would hope that it's not people rounding up because they see dollar signs.

LOL. You're right. I just don't like being HAD if you get my drift. I could have gone and whittled a stick if I would have know it was just an 8/8. whoop - de do I have several of those to stare at but I really wanted a 10/8's to stare at...LOL

I def didn't want to skip this comment.
this is the first time that this has happened to me but I guess I could have asked the person to take a pic with a ruler to confirm the size. It's a hassle to return sometimes and I think that they hope that you'll just keep it since some...like this dude...make you pay return shipping for their mistake. It really sucks.
Death to them Science Guy. Are you like the dude from Breaking Bad by the way?
