Curtin & Clark Cutlery Co. has four "C" in their mark.

I stand corrected, there are as you say 4 "c"s in Curtin & Clark, so I believe it is ruled out.

There're a great number of cutlery companies.
But according different sources, only Cleveland Cutlery Company and Cattaraugus Cutlery Company used "CCC" mark.
    Here one of them:

Very interesting. The "C's" on my razor appear to be more of an etching then a stamp. With all this info, especially the bayonet "C's" it may lean more towards Cleveland Cutlery Co. The style of script is very similar. Although I still wont Count out Cattaraugus.

Upon further inspection of my razor, the"C's have a definite period between each. C.C.C.

Look closer at the CCC stamp and you will see that it is an arrowhead with 3 C's.
