Hi Paul,

Glad you like Max’s work.

I’m not endorsed by Max or anything it’s just that I also think he does amazing work and it’s a real joy to own and use his razors. Whether it be a Max custom or Max-imized restore, they’re beautifully crafted and finished.

For a starter in any hobby the motto should be: buy the best you can afford. And when you can afford a M.S. custom then you’re in for a treat.
