The last wing to complete the trio, had a bit of a rough week so this was nice to get.
The 7/8 is huge to my eye, I'll have to get it honed soon.

That Oakwing is a beautiful blade, had my eye on one for a while. Is it much different do you think to my 7/8 TI above. I can't fathom if the actual blade is any different apart from the spine.

Congrats on completing the trio! It's funny that you got 413... turn the numbers around and that's the OakWing I managed to get. I was still undecided to invest such a chunk of money on a straight blade, so I asked what numbers they had in stock to see if they had anything interesting. Being an electrical engineer (and OCD), I have a thing for numbers, so when they replied and 314 was in the lot, I saw it as a sign from the universe and ordered right away). It's been sitting in my drawer since October, still wrapped in the Kraft paper and the shipping oil. Hopefully, I'll be worthy of it's greatness by Pi-day next month!
Cheers.

Thanked: 11That Silverwing is gorgeous. I was sooooo tempted to grab one, when they were released. I just love a French nose, and theirs really are pronounced. Gorgeous scales as well, I'd love to see bigger picture!
