    It has arrived! From somewhere in America, my eBay purchase... a 1960 Gillette Fatboy. And whats more, I didn't pay silly money for it. The razor, complete with its case (sadly with broken hinges (as the seller described too)), cost me around £44.

    Any hints on solving its squeaks, or is it going to be machine oil again?

    I enjoy a 1959 Fatboy and had a 1993 Fatboy until 1995. Great razor, use it in good health.
