How do you remove a section of someone's post and put in into a bubble (in quotations) in your reply rather than having to include the entire original post?

just click on reply with quote then highlight and delete the parts you dont want

I just clicked on reply with quote (bottom right) and then deleteted part of your original post. You MUST NOT delete any part of the stuff in square brackets [ including the bracket itself].
