I respectfully disagree, shorter legs would make it harder, unless the torso was proportionately shorter too. Besides as hagi (correct pluralisation for more than one hagis, specifically in a pack situation) have one.side with longer legs, that would be a trait I would try to encourage as part of the breeding program. That way my kanganews can scratch their bits, though they will hop around in circles.

I made haggis just last week, with traditional Scottish sides of Neeps & Tatties, that's turnip and potato to everyone else.
