    Default Login not remembering me

Only after I shutdown or restart.
Can quit browser or put puter to sleep, all is well. No need to log in again on wake up or reopening browser.

    Safari on Intel Power Mac.

Flushed DNS cache & checked security settings. Cookies enabled.

    Coincided with changing password.

Have you looked at Safari preferences to see if your PW and login have been saved for SRP and if "remember passwords" is enabled? That's all I can think of as a fellow Mac user.

Don't see "remember passwords" in Yosemite but has Autofill usernames & passwords checked but not saving the SRP one.

Other websites behave as they should re autofill & prompting for password saving.

I can't really help you Oz but I will say ...... I never have any computer remember my password. I always type them in when logging in. Not that I need to do it every restart. I have cookies enabled, and I do click 'remember me' on the initial log in, but when firefox asks if I want to "remember password for this site", I always select 'never remember password for this site.'

Yosemite stores web passwords in the keychain. If you changed your password on this site you will have to purge the keychain entry for SRP and then when you log back onto SRP it will ask you if you want to store the password.

Well I tried that & it ain't asking me anything & now have no record of passwords for SRP in keychain or Safari.

All that remains is a SRP Cookie.

Try deleting the cookie and logging on again from the beginning. At that point perhaps it will ask you if you want 'it' to remember your password. Meanwhile, when you log in, you are clicking 'remember me', right ?
