I think you guys may be misunderstanding the situation. Gugi didn’t say that Tapatalk was banned, he said he didn’t think that it would be back. The actual problem seems to have started with a major version update that Tapatalk recently rolled out. If this is the case, then the blame lies with Tapatalk. I’m hoping that upcoming bug fixes will solve it.

Other forums are working fine in Tapatalk and his PMs to me mention nothing of it being Tapatalk's fault. Where are you getting your info? If an update broke things, I'm guessing that SRP made a decision not to participate in the update. That doesn't make it Tapatlak's fault.

That was my reading of his single post. You obviously have more information - care to share it?

Hmm unfortunate, why do I get the feeling there could be money involved No one would just turn away from something that obviously makes life easier for it's forum participants to communicate quickly and candidly like many that are on the road or at work etc. These Tapatalk guys must of changed something that ticked off the forum admins. Just a gut feeling.

His single post didn’t mention anything about it being Tapatalk’s fault because of an update. I’m curious where you got that info?
I’m a little surprised that nobody from SRP seems to be willing to explain things in the forum. Other than a PM telling me it’s done, nothing is being said to the members. Since this thread doesn’t show up in the new posts link, I’m sure there are others out there wondering.

Pretty sure it's a monetary issue. While we get the app and get to post ad nauseum for free, the forum is charged a fee for us to be able to do that.
Tapatalk have been bumping the fees beyond reason from what I have read on the interweb.

    Well it definitely screws me.!!
Hopefully things get straightened out, or I might be, myself.. It would be a shame for SRP to loose sooo many participants to this forum.

This reminds me of a time not so long ago when a popular razor forum updated its format to a new software. The new bulletin board software had its own mobile version and the admins were hellbent on getting everyone to use that and not support Tapatalk anymore. Well the community had a meltdown over it and eventually they caved in and brought back Tapatalk compatibility. This may or may not be possible for us but I would not make any harsh judgements. Adapt and overcome, in the end its just an inconvenience and I would hate to folks get too upset over it. It may just not be viable for SRP to use this app anymore through no fault of there own. This forum lived before Tapatalk and it should live after its gone. So give some support.

Well I probably wouldn't leave, but not being able to post pics will cut my participation dramatically.
