Strange!! I was kinda curious and went to Straight Razor Place web site (since I used to belong) just to see what it looked like and got a warning from my Anti-Virus program!? Surely they don't have Covid-19! Hope my computer didn't catch it for the few seconds I was there. But seriously, I'm kinda confused as to why my Anti-Virus program would sound an alert.

With certain "Get Off My Lawn!" types out of the picture, this is also a much friendlier environment and I think you will like it here more than before. I (and a couple others) were actually banned from the old forum due to doctrinal issues that I won't go into. Now I am quite well accepted here and feel a lot more welcome.

Perhaps you may inform us as to who the implied 'get off my lawn' types are which you are referring to?
Not much of a welcome back to this member as you talk badly of those who may be absent.
All missing members are certainly and happily accepted back as they post. Such as yourself.
With your post count (present), This is purely bad form. Using this platform such as you are.
At your service, of course

I experienced that too. If you go right to the forums section, rather than the front page, you dont get that. Weird.

Strange. What sort of warning? Do you remember the exact wording of the warning? I paid the site a visit or two and I never saw anything funny, on my Linux box, with Firefox for a browser. No antivirus here, of course. If it was just an expired security certificate or something like that, I wouldn't worry too much about that, unless you do a lot of sensitive stuff on that computer. Check with the site admin.
