Props to Azjoe
Gentlemen -
I just wanted to mention that Azjoe is scary-good, and we're fortunate to have him...
...he just got to me via PM and recomended some personal browser fixes (although I thought that his recomendation that, in the future, I forego my morning wake-me-up martini was a little unreasonable!) that work like a champ!....
...see!
who's the man???....

That's a good question....I always use the smilies on the side....to be honest, I didn't even know the drop-down smilies existed...next time it happens, I'll check that out...

NOTE: I just checked....the right-side smilies didn't work, but the drop-down did!
NICE FIND, Jimbo

Mac user here too, but many, many years working on Windows.....
"Windows - the world's favorite boot sector virus!"
"Outlook - the world's only interim patch with a GUI"

I was going to suggest an offering to the browser gods. It's not unlike the Christmas Eve milk and cookie bribe. Just leave a chicken, salami and cheddar cheese sandwich on your keyboard overnight and if the offering is acceptable your smilie problems will disappear! Hmmm.... I'm getting hungry.

Well good grief....there's enough spilled beer and cheetos crumbs in my keyboard to throw a major toga party for both Olympus AND Valhalla!
[ on a side note....there was this big party up in Valhalla....all of the Norse gods and goddesses and nymphs and nympets were there and it was generally a wild time....anyway, the next morning, they all started waking up in the party hall, and when that big hairy one....the one with the big hammer....you remember....anyway, that guy wakes up, takes a bleary-eyed look around, raises his hammer and pounds it on the ground and bellows
'I'm Thor"
and the little nymphet sleeping next to him opens one eye, rubs her head and says
"I'm tho thore it hurtth to pith!"]
