    Nicely done. Glad you got that to completion. Sometimes it's hard to wait but well worth it in the long run.

    Thanks Paul. You are right about the wait and I was concerned about cell rot as you pointed out, and also whether there was enough metal left on these thin blades to bring them back. Thanks to gssixgun I am shaving with both.

    I'm amazed, and happy that Glen could salvage them for you. Im curious to how they hold their edge, and how flexible the edge has become.

    I've cleaned up a few in the condition yours were in. A lot of work,when done by hand, only. They hold their edge, but you can see the bevel flex with just the weight of the blade laying on a fingernail. Takes a light touch, while shaving.

    Glad they could be saved, great work, Glen.

    They won't be daily shavers for me, but I have shaved with both with no problems.
