    Hello Expi,

I can't help you but I just wanted to welcome you to our happy place
I'm sure someone will be along soon that can help, we have some very knowledgable people here.

Do you shave with a straight razor yourself, if you don't yet, now would be a good time to start as you have a razor and the guys here will happy help you learn to use it.

Don't worry about your English, you did fine. I understood you and if you stick around we don't mind if you want practice on us.

Your English is a lot better than my Romanian for sure!

It appears to me to say celebrated razor. It is a somewhat generic stamping and not specific to one manufacture.

Because it says "Celebrated" I would assume it is made in England. The blade is narrow so it could possibly be a coiffure razor. It appears to have a fair amount of hone wear on the toe of the razor. It probably needs to be professionally honed.

    Just my 2¢
