    coully,

I'm on Utopian's side on this one. I'm a great fan of clutter and deleting the old unsolds and the newer solds would only serve to straighten things up: this is bad, bad, bad for those of us like me who have, at the bottom of the stack, somewhere, newspapers dating back to when we first learned to read.

So moderators, when the uptake of a message is slow and one thinks because of the slowness that the posting did not occur, and one hits the submit button again, and then wants to delete the superfluous and redundant message, where is the delete button --- hmmm? Or should I just be happy that I have been able to be the reason for the accumulation of more clutter?
