    Red face

    Well guys...here's the scoop:

    1. Started web browser (Firefox 3.6.3)...No luck. Same problem
    2. Restarted Mac...seems to behave now. Will keep playing and opening the various different tabs of SRP in a new tab in the browser and see what happens

But, so far, so good...Option #2 above seems to be the way to go

Thanks for all you guys' help. Should the problem persist, I will shoot another post and humbly ask for more in depth help...

Robert, one other thing, on the version of Firefox I'm running. Go to the the tool bar at the top and the drop down menu. At the bottom is 'preferences'. Click on that and from the menu that opens click on 'privacy'. There will be a tab on the next window that says 'show cookies'. This will let you know if the cookie for SRP is being deleted or if it is there.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Interesting point Jimmy...I did just that. Logged on, checked on the cookies and sure enough it's there (like it should be). After I logged out, however, the cookies were not cleared and were still there ...Hmmmm

I've not experience with Mac OS (other than run from it as fast as I can), but you should be able to start Firefox with a new profile (on a command line, try firefox -p, -P, /p, /P or -ProfileManager - or whatever it takes, couldn't find the command with google) to start with a clean profile instead of yours. Just for the chuckles.
