Thread: What a great bunch of people...

I could not agree more SRP is completely unique in my experiance. The quality of the members is second to none. Most of us have never met one another in person yet would not hesitate to do anything in our power to help a fellow member. Every day I am impressed by the kindness of the members here and I am glad your experiance mirrors my own.

I agree with the lot. I am fairly new here and every time I have asked for assistance I have received it from many sources and with respect. There have even been situations where I didn't ask for help, but rather it was offered. I made a comment in another thread about not owning a proper scuttle and shortly had an offer to give me a scuttle that the owner no longer uses.
In another dealing I offered another member a few items that he needed and he proceeded to repay the favor, a hundred times over, despite the fact that it wasn't really necessary.
My only regrets in this forum is that I am not able to offer much other than the occasional quip or parroted bit of advice. I can only hope that as I progress further into this hobby and my life I will be able to offer the services, knowledge and confidence that I have received from all here.

i also really like this forum. great bunch of folks and evryone is ready to help at all hours of the day. i belong to a lot of forums but this is becoming my favorate. david
