Ha, I couldn't agree more. I recently saw one that said "Brand new, I've only shaved with it three times..."

Maybe we should institute a standard similar to NRA guidelines where either it is NIB or rated at a percentage of NIB, such as 95% perfect or 90% and so forth. Just an idea.
