Hi There, I hope this is the right place to post these. They're quite interesting.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me could run these through a
photoshop programme and create some nice labels ?

Would someone explain the Wright's image of a St. Bernard rescuing s Swiss Person? What is the relationship to shaving? The Swiss Miss is curious.

He was outside doing a 'snow shave' and froze to death. The Dog was simply gloating about finding the razor.

I thought it was a knight from the crusades, but either way it also says excelsior, which means ever upward, the image might be supposed to make you think of the cold, or the cooling effect of the product, or alternatively it could be the dog which is the focus, and the envigorating properties that he represents, ie rescue and such. Or none of the above.

Sure puts to shame modern packaging very few of which have the same aesthetic appeal to me as these oldies. Thanks for posting.

You occasionally see those on eBay, sometimes with the little pot, sometimes without. Usually they are chipped, cracked, etc. Those all appear to be fine examples. I would love to collect those, but I already collect enough odd ephemeral objects. Thanks for posting!
