chuckle.....no. I'm just saying that in "conversation" I can see that it's important to people about the mix not separating.

    Good Morning Gentlemen,

    Where is everyone?

I purchased a book this weekend entitled "Project Management" for Dummies I felt this was an important read for my lack of business skills, as this continues to be a weak point for me.

But in the reading I also see the need for some focused action here. Joe, you've been very good at this in your past posts ( say! where'd you get all those manager skills ? ) and I obviously need to practice my project management skills.

I found a number of listings/articles that "spoke" directly to me. So lets see if I can put some of this into action.

    First question......

Does the Aftershave testing team for SRP still want to continue? or have you lost interest in this project ?

    Question #2

If still interested......we need to set a target date, a goal of some sort to finish this project up.

I will step up and say the next month for me is going to be very busy with the changes to the website, the trip to Asheville, and my summer orders are coming in from the Tamarack.

I'll set a proposed date of June 17th....that's Father's Day right....

This is what I would like to focus on:

The Aftershave type best suited to go into the clear bottles from Italy, are either an emulsion ( which I agree needs more work ) or the mix that currently stays together all by its lonesome.

My best recommendation for the Aftershave is we need choose one that we feel will be most favored by the general public in terms of "function"......does it soothe? does it close the pores ?, does it close up little weepers ?

Noam has designed the label.......and I "think" you have chosen a version you like. What I would like to see happen, is for Noam to put the label choices back up, and I would like to have a vote. Votes should be sent to Noam.

As far as scent is concerned....... thats a tough one. So for the moment let's focus on the choice of Label, or any redesigns that need to be done.

and two....which Aftershave do you think works best in terms of basic function?

I'm gonna be tied up for a while...parents visiting, final projects due for school, moving to a new house...after May 17th I should have plenty of time to work on all of this. That said, I'll do my best to keep at it as much as possible until then. In the next few days I'll dig up the designs and post them.

Interested, Interested are you kidding. Do you think we would go this far and let it go.
    Project management IS for dummies.

Look; this project should be finished just so we can see the fruits of our labors in production.

Timing is important but getting an acceptable saleable product even more so.

I will add that getting the product to stay together is key no one will want to remember to "shake well" before using however I don't like the milk one.

Scent, I thought a quasi concenses has been reached-- No-- Damm

As for the label design and the scent and the formula we can only advise You will have to decide.. after all it has your name on it.. right.

Well that's my 2cents anyway. You go girl!!!!!!!!!!
