Looks like I'll be holding up the train! My package was delivered to my apartment office, but I was not notified, so I was almost 4 days late getting it. And now, I'm just getting started.

I think everyone can take their time as I can't seem to make up my mind regarding what type of bottle to put the AS in.

Good Morning Gentlemen,
I will be mixing three more scent blends today....not the AS base, just the essential oil blends. Two more weeks will be perfect as fragrance/essential oil blends need to marry to properly blend.
On a trivia note, my antique pharmacopoeia manuel says that a fine cologne should be allowed to age for no less than 6 months and preferably one year before being sold. (They didn't have MacDonald's back then! )
In the meantime I would like to discuss packaging options and the "Label Design".
I am unable to find a "shaker" type dispenser other than the one you saw in the earlier photographs. The bottle type is known as a "woozy" aka "worchestershire bottle" This presents a solution and yet a problem. The long neck and orifice reducer allows for easy dispensing, with a nice label on the front and one around the neck of the bottle it would look nice.
But its also likely that it will look like a worchestershire bottle dressed up and that's not a good idea.
I did find a company on the west coast who offers an amber glass bottle (also a woozy) but in appearance resembles a small beer bottle ?????
I have attached the photographs of the bottles again to familiarize you with their industry names:
The larger long neck bottle (woozy)
the other bottles are known as (boston rounds)
the small long neck (woozy)
The other style of bottle is a (comet/bullet) it is a taller, skinnier <sp? ...lol version of the boston round.
Boston rounds and Bullets most commonly come in clear, amber, cobalt blue and are available in either glass or the PET hard glass like plastic. I am going to hop off of here and find my listings for the two companies I order from most frequently......
www.sks-bottle.com and the other www.specialtybottle.com
These two companies overall sum up what is available to people who cannot meet the minimum quotas of 5,000 pcs. You will be able to see the different bottle types and the different cap options available.
The label has to be designed around the bottle chosen......any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
