I dont think you will regret it. I think their soap is gonna be in my rotation for a while. One of the easiest soaps to lather I have ever seen. Ive only seen about 20 soaps but I tend to try the soaps people rave about so I think its stands up against some pretty tough competition.

Additionally i've found that you need to load up a bit more soap than some others to get a good thick lather for multi pass shaves with LAsoaps. I don't mind cause they do last so long and they're not stupidly expensive.

Like Dana/Boostdemon, I scored a sample of their Santa Monica Bay Rum at the Asheville meetup, and loved the warm, spicy bay scent, and the slick lather of this great new croap. I will definitely have to try some of the others now too.

I pulled out the Woody Lavender again this morning. After loading for 20 seconds, I had more than enough lather for a 3+ pass shave. The WL scent is one of my favorites.
I like it more each time I use it.

Thanked: 1I have MdC Fougere and LA Bay Rum...
The saturation of the flavor is different from LA it brighter, and the French is more refined. Foam easily whipped both. To me the main - sliding blade and hydration of the skin. They are about the same. Performance by MdC better.

Finally back with the LASS Woody Lavender again. I goofed today and loaded my brush for 30 seconds while my thoughts wandered a bit. That was waaaaaaaay too long. I had enough lather for 5+ passes.
This has become a permanent "Top Five" for me.
