After MDC my favorite soap is Goldachs Spezial. Great soap.

    +1.

I ordered a bunch of their samplers for $1.00 apiece and they are fantastic.

The Holy Black is one of my favorites. Currently using their Gun Powder Spice scent in my rotation and it is always a pleasure. Great cushion, slickness, and rich lather. Definitely one to add to ur list.

If you want something more challenging than I whould recommend the Plisson Shaving cream. They sell them in a nice bowl wih a wooden lid.
It is a bit more prone to drying out so it takes a bit more work but it has a nice smell and a real soft touch. I use it a lot.

Try Dr. Selby shave cream.I know it says cream, but it is hard. It is really as hard as a soap puck. (it has the same ingredients as MDC). It is grren in color, and comes from Uruguay. What more could you ask for?

    Milan:

My recommendation for new soaps for you could be Boellis. Italian real nice tallow base.
    Expensive but real nice.

    Thanks

I really, really like the Osma soap, there's actual alum in it, some have found that it's one of those soaps that can produce a finicky lather, it's done that to me once, but man, it's a great soap and with the alum, you get a very close shave with it...also, it's kinda like the freaky cousin soap with the alum, really digs into your face producing a very warm feeling...great stuff IMO...

MDC is the best soap in the world for me. Panama De Boellis is a great almond soap with tallow and is product in Italy probably by Antica saponeria artigiana. Czech&Speiks is product by valobra, the dr.harris soap is for me with a very good scent. And always for me Le Pere Lucien must be used in the life!
